ChartsList has no user accounts, no sign-up and no comment forms, and does not ask for personal information.

What we collect

We do not run advertising scripts. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. These logs are used for security and troubleshooting and are not combined with other data.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited and how people reach the site, such as pages viewed, approximate country, device and browser type, and the referring site. Google Analytics uses cookies for this. We do not send names, email addresses or other personal details to Google, and we do not use the data for advertising.

Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are measured in Google Analytics consent mode with analytics cookies turned off: no analytics cookies are set and Google receives only cookieless, aggregated signals. You can also block Google Analytics everywhere with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or your browser's privacy settings. YouTube API Services

This site uses YouTube API Services to read public statistics about videos and channels. We only read public data; we never ask for access to, and never access, any YouTube or Google account. By using this site you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Statistics obtained from YouTube are refreshed at least daily and are deleted after 30 days. When a video is no longer available on YouTube (removed, deleted or made private), its title and details are removed from our pages the same day, and all data we stored about it is deleted within 30 days.

Third-party content

• Thumbnails load from YouTube servers, so Google receives your IP address when a page with thumbnails loads.
• The video player loads only after you press play. From then on YouTube may set cookies and collect data under its own policies.
• Song details come from MusicBrainz. We fetch them on our server; your browser does not contact MusicBrainz and no information about you is sent to it.
• Fonts are served from our own server.

Search

Search runs in your browser against a list downloaded from this site. What you type is not sent to us or stored.

Links to other sites

Pages link to YouTube and MusicBrainz. Their own privacy policies apply once you follow a link.

Changes

If we add advertising or any feature that changes what is collected, this page will be updated before the change takes effect.
