Does YouTube have an official Shorts chart?
No. YouTube does not publish a trending Shorts list, so we build one: the most viewed Shorts published in the past 14 days that are popular in the United States, including Shorts on YouTube's trending list there.
What counts as a Short?
A vertical or square video of three minutes or less. We check the length and the shape of every video, so regular videos do not end up here.
How often is this list updated?
Once a day. The +/− arrows compare each Short's position with the day before.
